摘 要 摘 要 在城乡一体化背景下，城乡文化融合的趋势日益明显。红色文化作为文化 体系的一部分，是中华民族的特色文化，具有多方面的价值功能。实现城乡红 色文化一体化，不仅是红色文化发展的需要，也是地区经济发展的需要。本论 题通过解读城乡一体化目标下的红色文化内涵，引用马克思主义文化思想作为 理论依据，立足于研究保定红色文化。保定具有丰富的红色文化资源，有其自 身发展的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁，在城乡一体化目标下，保定红色文化建设 取得了一定成绩，但从总体上看，城乡红色文化一体化还处于起步阶段，在发 展过程中面临很多问题。根据保定城乡红色文化一体化的现实情况及面临的问 题，从政府层面、社会层面、全民参与三个层面提出以下策略：1、政府层面： 开展城乡红色文化一体化建设工程，实行一体化规划思路，探索一体化有效模 式，建立一体化长效机制；2、社会层面：推动城乡红色文化一体化建设进程， 充分发挥企业力量、学校力量、社区力量的作用；3、全民参与：融入城乡红 色文化一体化建设洪流，汇聚作家、表演家、农民工等各行各业人民群众的力 量。在政府的主导作用下，社会汇聚各种力量，人民群众广泛参与，共同推进 保定城乡红色文化一体化建设。 关键词 ：城乡一体化 ；保定 ；红色文化 ；城乡红色文化一体化 ；策略 I Abstract Abstract At the background of urban and rural integration, the culture integration between urban and rural is increasingly evident.
