摘 要 在竞争越来越激烈的今天，知识更新的速度也在急剧加快。财务管理也越来越受到各个企业领导的重视。通过一个财务管理系统，使企业的财务、资产系统化，规范化，自动化，从而达到提高企业领导管理企业经济的效率。 财务管理系统是典型的信息管理系统（MIS），其开发主要包括数据库的建立和维护以及应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性 和完整性强、数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备，易使用等特点。 经过分析，在数据库的建立中我们使用功能强大的SQL 2000数据库管理系统，为了弥补其不足之处，我们使用Delphi7.0开发工具。利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具.首先在短时间内建立系统应用原型，然后，对初始原型系统进行需求迭代，不断修正和改进，直到形成用户满意的可行系统。 本系统主要包括分别为财务核算、综合查询、年末财务决算、财务指标分析,退出系统。 关键词 财务管理；Delphi7.0；数据库。 Abstract At compete more and more vigorous today, speed that knowledge renew too in the nasty play quickly. Business enterprise the employees training also is more and more led by each business enterprise of value. Pass an employee the training the management the system, make the training work of the business enterprise systematized, the norm turns, automating, to attain exaltation business enterprise training management the purpose of the efficiency. The system of managing Employee training is a typical application of managing information system (know as MIS), which mainly includes building up data-base and developing the application interfaced. The former required consistency and integrality and security of data. The later should make the application powerful and easily used. By looking up lots of datum, In database establish we used the simple convenient SQL 20000 database management system，we choose Delphi7.0 presented by Microsoft because of its objective tools in Win32. It can give us a short-cut to build up a prototype of system application. The prototype could bemodified and developed till users are satisfied with it. This system mainly includes the difference to check for the finance, comprehensive search, year-end finance final accounts, the finance index sign analysis, withdraw the system.
