Part 5 What Linda Miller tells us about children’s pressure. Learn to relax. 3. Try to find out what they don’t understand. Ask and answer the questions in groups of four. Compare which group answers the most questions. (1) not…until…直到……才……,表示主句的动作直到until状语所表示的时间才发生。如: The boy didn’t go to bed until his mother came back.这个男孩直到他妈妈回来才去睡觉。      (2) fit…into…适合……的时间;与……融为一体。如: I’ll fit a meeting into this morning. 今天上午我要安排个会议。   (3) as…as possible尽可能……,as和as之间要接形容词或副词。如: He runs as fast as possible. 他尽可能地快跑。 4. Explanations (5) compare…with… 意为“把……与……进行比较”。如: We shouldn’t compare ourselves with others.我们不应该拿自己与别人进行比较。   (6) Sb. + find it +形容词+ to do sth.某人发现某事是……。其中it在句中作find 的形式宾语,句子的真正宾语是后面的动词不定式。如: I found it important to study English well.我发现学好英语是很重要的。 (4) complain about…抱怨……,后面可以接人或物,若接动词,则用v.-ing形式,意为“抱怨做某事”。如: Please don’t complain about him any more.请别再抱怨他了。   5.According to the passage to choose the right answers.
