College of Plant Protection , Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University , Fuzhou , Fujian 　350002 ,China) Abstract 　The deterrent effect , the nonselective antifeedant effect , the oral toxicity , and the contact toxicity of extracts from stems , leaves and flowers of Lantana camara L. to adults of striped flea beetle Phyllotreta striolata were tested. The results showed that the deterrent rates and the antifeedant rates of the ethanol circumfluence extracts from L . camara were 9494 % and 8548 % respectively after 48 h treatment. When the different solvents extracts were applied , the toxicity of the n-Butyl alcohol extract to the adults of striped flea beetle ( SFB) was 56. 67 % , and that of other trials were not significant. Key words 　Lantana camara extracts , Phyllotreta striolata , bioactivities , effect mode ( ) ( ) 摘 　要 　测定了马缨丹 Lantana camara L. 地上部位 茎叶花 的不同溶剂提取物及萃取物对黄曲条跳 ( ) 甲 Phyllotreta striolata Fabricius 成虫的取食忌避、拒食、胃毒和触杀作用。结果表明 :处理后 48 h , 以马缨 丹乙醇回流提取物效果最好 , 其对黄曲条跳甲成虫的取食忌避率达 9494 % ; 非选择性拒食率为 8548 % ; 除正丁醇萃取物对黄曲条跳甲成虫的胃毒作用达到 5667 %外 ,其它处理对黄曲条跳甲成虫的 胃毒作用不明显;石油醚萃取物、石油醚冷浸物、乙醇回流物对黄曲条跳甲成虫的触杀作用效果最好 ,分 别为 5667
