论自然保护区旅游的可持续发展 摘要：自然保护区是我国自然生态旅游重要而独特的载体。自然保护区旅游要服从于资源保护的首要目标，追求旅游活动与保护区的保护、科研、教育等多元功能的协调。自然保护区旅游开发应遵循“保护第一，适度开发，循环发展，系统设计”的可持续发展原则，通过完善规章制度，促进保护区旅游开发管理的法制化、规范化，科学评价保护区的功能秩序，合理确定保护区的旅游开发内容和开发强度，科学配置保护区生态旅游资源，以及加强保护区整体保护规划来实现。目前自然保护区旅游产业发展中出现了一系列问题，而解决这些问题需要自然保护区练内功、引外力，提升旅游经营和管理的市场化、专业化水准，也需要解决行业标准、管理体制和市场培育等问题。要依靠严格保护自然生态环境，加大自然保护区的资金投入，加强自然保护区的基础性调查研究工作，开发多元旅游产品和保护区居民参与规划等途径加以解决。 关键词：自然保护区；生态旅游；可持续发展； The nature reserve was an important and special carrier of the ecotourism in our country.Tourism on nature reserve not only needed to pursue an economic performance，but also needed to obey the initial target of protection，pursuing coordination among the functions of protection，research and educating.
