摘 要 伴随着计算机技术在各行各业日益广泛和深入的应用，网络的概念早已深入人心。网络在各行各业的发展战略中占据了重要的位置，成为商家不可分割的部分。商品的宣传已不只局限于电视与报纸，网络已成为商家展示自己的另一个舞台。商家建立网站，将商家各方面的宣传与服务展现于网络中，通过网络更可实现如网上购物、信息查寻等功能，这些在改变我们原有经营方式与经营理念的同时，也为商家带来了更高的效益。因此，对于商家来说，拥有一个属于自己的网站是至关重要的。 网上商城系统是典型的电子商务系统,其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立、后台管理以及前台页面的Web设计。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等。 系统使用Microsoft公司以C#为核心语言的ASP.NET开发工具SQL2005 数据库来开发网上商城系统。从实际出发，在分析其现行管理中存在的问题的基础上，结合信息管理系统开发的概念、结构及系统开发的基本原理和方法，开发了一套商品信息管理系统。根据实际情况，由目前各功能需求和公司里的情况而设计的这套系统。全文共分为绪论、开发工具及运行环境的搭建、可行性分析、需求分析、总体分析与设计、系统实现与软件测试以及结束语七章，详细地阐述了本系统开发的目的、过程。C#；网上商城系统电子商务Abstract Follow the technology of the computer in the enterprise and deep application day by day of all trades and professions, the concept internet has been deeply taken up people’s heart. Today , the internet takes a very important part in the development tactics of all trades and professions, became a part of an company which can not be partition off.
