How to apply the scientific method, motivate staff enthusiasm and initiative, improve work efficiency, to ensure that enterprises in the fierce market competition for survival and development, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, it is the enterprise to move toward the market is an important task in management. Therefore, enterprises in line with the human resources performance evaluation mechanism is more and more valued by businesses, a fair and effective performance evaluation can give full play to human in the use of resources plays a critical role, while enterprises can achieve various functions and the integration of resources, promote common development. In this paper, under the background of enterprise employee performance evaluation and incentives both to undertake analytic study.
