产品成本论文：基于产品寿命周期的改进设计决策模型及其应用研究 【中文摘要】产品的改进设计不同于产品的原始设计,是针对产品已完成的设计,或产品投放市场后发现的产品设计或制造缺陷,通过改进设计以消除这些缺陷的过程。产品改进设计是质量改进的重要内容,也是现代质量管理持续改进要求的具体体现,是企业增进顾客满意度、降低企业成本和提升竞争力的有效手段和途径。本文首先对设计和改进设计的概念进行分析,研究影响产品改进设计的众多驱动因素。在此基础上,综合考虑顾客满意度、产品设计成本、产品全寿命周期质量成本和企业经济效益等改进设计的驱动因素,建立产品改进设计优化决策模型,进行迭代式决策,使改进设计决策结构更加严谨、全面,降低了以往决策的片面性,使改进设计决策模型步骤更加清楚,结构更加完整。改进设计优化决策模型引入改进指标的优先指数,使得改进设计活动围绕顾客需求而展开,避免了设计者单方面对产品改进指标进行加权来确定待改进指标优先顺序的缺陷。将产品设计成本纳入改进设计决策的考虑因素,实现产品设计成本定量估计,从而为产品改进决策提供更好的数据支持。综合考虑产品全寿命周期中的质量成本、质量收入以及企业经济效益,利用基于产品全寿命周期质量成本数学模型,以企业经济效益最大化为目标函数,分析研究了改进设计的最佳时机的决策问题。本文最后将理论研究成果应用于某公司空调分厂和某公司发电机组产品的改进设计分析,得到了有益的结论。应用研究结果表明,本文提出的模型可以应用于制造业产品改进设计的决策分析。 【英文摘要】The products improvement design is quite different with the original design. It is a significant content of quality improvement and is also the specific reflection of the continual improving demand of the modern quality control. The products improving design is an effective way to increase customer satisfaction, to reduce the cost and to enhance competitiveness of a company.The paper introduced the concept of design and improvement design, and analysed the effect of driving factors on the products improvement design. customer satisfaction, the cost of product design, and economic efficiency build model of products.With bring improvement indexes into optimization decision model of improvement design, improvement design be carried out according by the needs of customers, and avoid the defects of make decision of weighted improvement index subjective by designers.
