摘要 次贷危机过后,世界各地经济已经逐步恢复,但是面对依然激烈的市场竞 争,企业要实现自身的战略目标,就要尽可能地获取竞争优势。作为企业竞争 力的组成部分,员工敬业度受到了企业经营与学术研究的关注。如何有效地激 励员工,提升员工敬业度也成为了许多咨询公司研究的对象。有事实和相关数 据表明:员工敬业度对员工离职率,个人及团队的工作效率,个人与团队的发 展,员工与顾客忠诚度,企业持续盈利,企业声誉等企业增值因素影响深远。 因此,企业在人力资源管理上,都纷纷将员工敬业和组织承诺提到了企业年度 的议事日程上,旨在提高这一效度指标, 以赢得在市场中有利的竞争地位。 本文以B公司为例,通过对员工敬业度的影响因素的分析,更清楚地认识 员工敬业度。本文以综合评述国内外员工和敬业度相关领域研究成果为基础, 通过在线调查测评和问卷调查的实证研究方法,不仅探讨了不同影响因素与敬 业度总体水平的关系,还分别分析了不同影响因素对敬业度中工作态度与组织 绩效的影响。 【关键词】员工敬业度;工作态度;组织绩效 1 Abstract After the sub prime mortgage crisis, the world economy has been gradually restored. However, the market competition is still intense. Enterprises need to obtain advantages in competencies as much as possible so as to achieve their own strategic objectives. As an integral part of the competency of enterprises, employee engagement has aroused the business and academic attentions. How to effectively motivate the employees; how to improve employee engagement have also become the objects of many consulting firms. There are facts and data related showing that employee engagement significantly affects the enterprises value-added factors, such as staff turnover, individual and team work productivity, individual and team development, employee and customer loyalty, sustainable profitability, and corporate reputation, etc. Therefore, as for human resource management perspective, enterprises are turning set the annual agenda for employee engagement and organization commitment to win the competitive edge in the market. Taking Company B as the case, this thesis explore1 the nature of the employee engagement by analyzing the influencing factors of it.
