Abstract :This article elaborated the theory of qi transformation of lower jiao being origin of essence and blood． And qi trans-
formation of lower jiao is also the source essence produced． Though the Production of blood depends on “sanjiao qi transforma-
tion”，it lays the origin from qi transformation of lower jiao which is the key of transformation between blood and essence． As the
