苏州市机电产品出口状况分析 摘要：2006年全国机电产品出口5494.2亿美元，增长28.7%，增幅同比回落3.3个百分点，仍高于全国外贸出口增幅的1.5个百分点；在全国外贸出口中的比重上升到56.7%，提高0.7个百分点；出口净增额1226.7亿美元，占全国外贸出口增量的59.2%，拉动全国外贸出口增长16.1个百分点。当年的顺差更是达到了1216.6亿美元，占全国贸易顺差1774.7亿美元的69.12%。无疑成为顺差的主要力量。江苏省的机电产品出口实际额位于广东之后，位列全国第二，06年实际出口额1114.25亿美元[1]，而苏州市占到了其中的65.8%。可以说在06年取得了不错的成绩，同时2006年也是苏州市十一五计划的第一年，也是对外贸易进出口实现增长方式转变取得较好成绩较好的一年，诸如出现了一般贸易的出口增量首次高于加工贸易，出口结构得到一定程度的转变，产品科技含量有所提高等好的迹象，但同时也不得不清楚的认识到我市机电产品还存在很多诸如外商所占比例过大，加工贸易比例仍然占据主导，品牌意识不够等不足，如何正确看待我市机电产品的现状，提出相应的解决方案，优化出口结构，加强品牌建设，从而使我市乃至全国的机电产品朝一个正确的方向发展 关键词：问题，优势，解决方法 Abstract:The whole national’s machine and electricity products export was ＄54,942 million in 2006, which increase 28.7%. The amplitude decreased 3.3% comparing corresponding period, but which still was 1.5% higher than the national export of foreign trade; the proportion moved up to 56.7% of the whole national export of foreign trade; the net added-quantum of export was ＄12,267 million, which took up 59.2% of the total increment of the whole national export of foreign trade and made a increment of 16.1% in the whole national export of foreign trade. What’s more, the favorable balance came up to＄12,166 million that year, which took up 69.12% of the total ＄17,747 million in the whole national trade favorable balance. It is no doubt it had become the leading power of the whole national trade favorable balance. The real quantum export of the machine and electricity products in Jiangsu took the second place in the country following the Guangdong. In 2006, the real quantum export was ＄11,142,5 million and Suzhou took up 65.8% of it.
