,大学生就业困难的问题日趋突出,传统意义的稳定工作越来越少,大学普通毕业生就业越来越困难。大部分学生没有一个完善的自我概念,不懂得规划职业生涯,对自己的发展计划没有明确的认识。究其根源,就业难的背后,除了就业体制的不健人口问题和就业岗位的矛盾人才培养的质与社会需求的错位等社会因之外,更重的是职业生涯规划教育的缺失。因此,将大学生职业涯规划作为研究课题,具有的现实意义。学校在对学生职业生涯规划和职业理想教育方面还没有及时建立起有效的培训体系,在学生职业生涯规划指导上还没有规范化,以关键词:;;Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process of Career Planning of College Students Investigation and Analysis
Abstract
With the fast development of Chinese market economy and the growing number of students in Chinese universities, finding a job has become increasingly difficult. Stable jobs in the traditional concept are less available. Some of those who are experiencing difficulty in finding a job do not have a clear understanding of themselves and do not know the importance of career planning. Without such planning, they are likely to misplace themselves in the job market. Reasons behind the difficulty in getting employment vary from unsatisfactory employment mechanisms, the discrepancy between number of graduates and number of jobs, low quality of graduates and the mismatch between university education and the need of the society. Another important factor that contributes to the difficulty in graduate jobs is the lack of career training and education. Therefore researching career planning is significant practical values.
By understanding the contemporary status of the subject college career planning, career planning aspects found widespread problem, from personal characteristics, personal planning, employment orientation and social factors to do planning analysis, design reasonable questionnaire, carry out an?investigation. Then construct a college career planning evaluation model to determine the index system and build them, to establish a comprehensive evaluation based on career planning AHP model.
