EQUITY INVESTMENT AGREEMENT ? (1) American International Dairy Holding Co., Inc. (hereinafter “Company”), a limited liability company duly organized and existing under the laws of State of Nevada, whose registered office is located at [ ]; (2) Carret China Opportunity Investment Company Ltd.
