浅析我国农村养老模式现状及存在问题 -----以山东省阳谷县闫楼镇为例 摘 要 随着经济发展，我国农村养老取得了不小进步，不再像往年那样单一家庭养老的模式，而是形成了以家庭养老方式为主，其他养老方式为辅的多元化养老形式。但是由于我国农村，“未富先老”的矛盾更为突出，和城镇相比，农村社会事业发展严重滞后，农村居民的养老、医疗保障制度尚不健全，保障水平比较低。农村养老已经成为全社会亟待解决的问题。我生活的地方山东省聊城市阳谷县闫楼镇是一个主要以农作物作为经济来源的小镇，地域面积虽然不是很大，但人员并不少由于年轻人流动性大，这其中留在家中日出而作日入而息面朝黄土背朝天的劳力越来越多的是上了岁数的老年人。这些的老人该如何度过自己的天伦之年，他们生活中又有哪些地方需要我们关注，本文仅针对山东省阳谷县闫楼镇现存养老模式及存在的问题进行了研究，并提出了解决问题的建议和对策，希望通过本文为农村养老提供一定的帮助。 关健词：闫楼镇 农村养老模式 养老保障 The Analysis on the Rural Social Endowment Mode Abstract With the development of economic, our China have made great progress for the old-age people in the rural place. We do not use the single mode any more, instead, we have formed a variety of endowment form. According to the state of our country, social undertakings lags far behind than the city, such as the pension, medical security system. Rural endowment has become the social problems which are eager to be solved. My hometown Yanlou,Yanggu Country, located in Liaocheng, Shandong Province is a typical rural town in which lives a lot of old people. They mainly feed on by the grain crop.Since their daughter and sons leave home for work,which stayed at home, The elderly people have to farm by themselves. There are many problems existing for the old people. How to spend their lives in a meaningful way ? What can we do for them..and so on. Each of us should pay attention to the old people and gives them our care and love. This article focuses the problem of existing pension mode in Yanlou town. And the author tries to put forward some suggestion and measures and call for the government people or other person who are related to solve the problem for the old people and countermeasure. We hope that this paper can reflect the current situation of rural endowment , in order to provide the elderly people better living conditions.
