Result: The observed abnormalities in the operation process were the same as the preoperative display and measurement by digital spinal three dimensional reconstruction．Spinal deformity models of 6 patients were fabricated by rapid prototype technique，whichwere the same size as the patient’Sabnornlalities．The 6 patients’operations were successfully fulfilled according to preoperative plan．Thecorrection and internal fixation were satisfied without neurologic and vascular damage．The correction results were satisfied，and the position of the pedicle screws was accurate evaluated by postoperative X-ray and CT．Conclusion：Pathological information can be observed accurately and directly by digital spineand rapid prototype，by which preoperative plan and operation canbe conducted． 【Key words】Spine deformity；Kyphoscoliosis；Digital spine；Three di
