From the material balance,heat balance,the reactor volume of 4.5 cubic meters, heat transfer for the per hour .The results show that the size of the reactor characteristics for high is 1930mm, diameter is 1600mm, The characteristics of clip size for high is 1400mm, diameter is 1700mm. Also auxiliary equipment on the tower as designed, heat is finished through the clip with the common cold tube inside. The form for disc type stirrer, stirring shaft of diameter is 60mm,the motor power is 1.44 kw.The result of the project design has a certain market value which can guide industrial production.This design for batch reactor industrial design provides a detailed data and drawings.
