农资代理商感知依赖对其渠道关系型治理影响的实证研究 江 西 农 业 大 学 学 报 (社 会 科 学 版 ) Journal of Jiangxi Agricultural University Vo1．12，No．3 Sep．，2013 文章编号：1671—6523(2013)03—0361—08 农资代理商感知依赖对其渠道关系型 治理影响的实证研究 俞 芳，李艳军，李万君 (华中农业大学 经济管理学院，湖北 武汉 430070) 摘要：以依赖、渠道关系型治理和社会资本理论为依据，结合农资流通渠道的实际情况，从依赖角度研究农资代 理商渠道关系型治理的影响因素，并将“代理商社会关 系资本”作为调节变量，由此构建农资代理商渠道关 系 型治理的研究模型。研究结果表明：在农资代理商和零售商渠道关系中，零售商占据着优势地位；农资代理商 感知的依赖对其渠道关系型治理有显著的正向影响；农资代理商社会关系资本在代理商感知依赖与其渠道关 系型治理之间起着负向调节作用。 关键词 ：农资代理商；依赖；关系治理 ；社会关系资本 中图分类号：F320 文献标志码 ：A Empirical Research of the Influence of Agricultural M aterials Agent’S Perceived Dependence on Channel Relational Governance YU Fang，LI Yan-jun，LI Wan-jun (College of Economics and Management，Central China Agricultural University，Wuhan 430070，China) Abstract：Based on dependence theory，channel relational governance theory and social capital theory ， combined with the actual situation of the agricultural materials circulation channels，this study mainly examined the factors which influence agricultural materials agents channels of relational governance from the perspective of dependence，and with the introduction of“social relationship capital of agents”，discussed the intermediary and regulation effect of these variables on the“dependence’’and‘‘channel relational governance”．From the study，the following conclusions are reached：Retailers occupy the dominant position in the relationship between channels of agricultural materials agents and retailers；The dependence which agricultural materials agents have on their perception has significant positive impact on the governance of the channel relations；Agents’social re— lationship capital plays a negative regulatory role between dependence and channels relation governance． Key words：agricultural materials agent；dependenee；rela ion governance；social relation capital 一 、引言与文献综述 随着农资行业市场化改革的深化，农资产品 生产商、流通商等渠道成员间的关系已由计划经 济时代的类行政隶属关系转变为不同独立利益主 体 间 的跨组 织 合 作关 系 (李 万君，李 艳军， 2012) 。如何通过有效的关系型治理进行渠道 控制和管理，以协调各渠道成员的行为和利益，更 好地完成渠道
