学 号：  HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业设计说明书 GRADUATE DESIGN 设计题目： 学生姓名： 专业班级： 学 院： 指导教师： 教授 2014年月日 本设计是结合当前社会经济背景、我国基本国情，在环境保护、市场需求的基础上深入了解调查后做出的一份针对性的日用陶瓷工厂设计。厂址选在，预计年产量1800万件。首先，根据物料平衡计算，确定原料进厂到成品出厂过程中各工序、各种原料、辅助材料、燃料及水电需要量和各堆场、仓库面积。其次，根据设备选型结果选取主要设备如球磨机、浆池、料仓、压滤机、干燥窑和烧成窑等。生产工艺流程由原料、成型、烧成三部分组成，包括坯、釉料制备、成型、干燥、施釉、烧成、检选包装工段。然后，根据生产工艺流程和所选设备进行工艺设计和布置确定独立式车间布置及主要车间面积。 关键词 日用陶瓷；工艺设计；物料计算；设备选型 Abstract This design is combined with the current social and economic background and Chinas basic national conditions.It is also based on the environmental protection and the market demand. This is a survey made after the design for daily-use ceramics factoryWith the depth understanding. Factory is located in Shenyang，the annual output is expected to Firstly，according to the calculation of material balance，determine the raw materials to finished products in the process，all kinds of raw materials，auxiliary materials，fuel and power requirement and the yard，warehouse area. Secondly，according to the equipment selection results selecting main equipment such as ball mill，pulp pool，hopper，filter，drying kiln and kiln etc.. The production process is made up by the raw materials，molding and firing three parts mainly including billet and glaze preparation，molding，drying，glazing，firing，check the packaging section. Then we according to the production process and the equipment for process design and layout of the determination of the independent type workshop layout and main workshop area.This design of the blank workshop of the Sanitary ceramics factory is based on the traditional design principles. The design and layout use the modern and scientific approach which will effectively increase economic efficiency and reduce labor intensity. This design reviewed the development and the present situation of the Sanitary ceramics, selected the raw material and process flow, and completed the formula calculation, the whole plant material balance calculations, the equipment selection and
