Just as the result of this, the procession of graduates becomes more and more large, which increases work intensity for the people who engaged with the work of guide in employment. So in order to give convenience to them, to reduce theirs burden and update work efficiency, it’s necessary to develop a new graduates management of employment service and information system to fully satisfy the many graduates’ needs. The system aims at the work of guide in employment in Huaihai Institute of Technology, passing by practical demand analysis, adopts JSP technology and SQL SERVER 2,000 database management system as tools to develop. The whole system is served for four different users, such as manager, graduate, company and department. Following the needs of simple operation, beautiful and vivid interface and practical request from users, the functions designed and developed including user management, employment information management, the ratio of employment statistics management, employment feedback information management and on-line conversations can basically meet the needs from the work in the proces
