ABSTRACTObjective:Infantile hemangioma is the most common benign tumor of children, which cause serious damage to childrens physical and mental health. In recent years propranolol gradually used to treat the disease, while the mechanism is not clear.Angiotensin 1-7 is one of Ras system member as a kind of antitumor small molecular peptide. It has a close relationship to tumor angiogenesis and cell proliferation. Based on our group’s previouse research about the correlation between Ras system and hemangioma, this topic was proposed by the following two parts to study preliminarily Ang1-7’s role during the course of IH form the growth to the regression, either in natural course or treated by propranolol.1. In clinical study: the plasma Ang1-7 levels was detected in the natural course of the disease in children with IH and propranolol treatment group IH children at different time points (rapid proliferation period and recession period), explore the role of plasma Ang1-7 levels with the correlation of IH tumors growth. 2. In vitro experiments: in vitro culture EOMA cells and human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). (1) exogenous Ang1-7’s effects on HUVEC, EOMA cell proliferation; (2) the influence on HUVEC, EOMA cells’ secretions of Ang1-7 when treated by propranolol .Methods:This study includes clinical comparative prospective study and lab study.一、Clinical study1, The patients involved in the study were divided into non-hemangioma and IH groups.
