Afollow-upstudy onoutcomeofsurgicaltreatmentto post-traumatic elbowdysfunctionABSTRACT PARTONEObjective：to analyzeoutcome ofsurgicaltreatmenttopost-traumatic elbowdysfunction,especially surgeries withmedialandlateralapproaches associatedwithexternalfixator.Methods：FromMar.2010toSep.2012,wetooksurgicaloperationson80patientswith post-traumaticelbowdysfunction,onaverage11months(2-20months)aftertheygothurt. weremovedheterotopicossificationandthehyperplasticandadhensivetissuewere resected.Bythereleaseofjointcapsuleandligaments,elbowfunctionweresignificantly improved.WeinstructedrehabilitationexercisesandCelexoxibwasusedtoprevent recurrenceofheterotopicossification.WeuseMayoElbowPerformanceIndex(MEPI)to evaluatetheraputiceffect.Results：Thefollow-upperiod rangesfrom6to24months(13.8months onaverage),andthroughpost-operativeexercise,theaveragerangeofmotion(ROM)ofaffectedelbows improvedfrom34.9°±32°to119.8°±25.9°,meanwhiletheaveragerotationlimitation improvedfrom117.4°±63.2°to147.3°±24.2°,andfinallytheMEPIroseto89.3±13.9from previous 48.1±16.7.Thedifferencewas statisticallysignificant.Conclusions：Asuitable surgical management to post-traumatic elbow dysfunctionincludesarthrolysisthroughmedialandlateralapproaches,cleaningofheterotopic ossification,releasingofsofttissue,usingofCelexoxibandrehabilitationassociatedwith externalfixator.Throughallthis,thetheraputiceffectcanremarkablyimproved.Key words：Elbowdysfunction,Surgicaltreatment,Theraputic effect.Ananalysis ontherelatedfactors affectingsurgical treatmentefficacyof post-traumatic elbowdysfunction ABSTRACTPARTTWOObjective：Toanalyzeclinicalrelatedinfluentialfactorsof functionrecoveryafter surgicaltreatmentofpost-traumaticelbowdysfunction,provideimportantdatafor efficientlypreventingandtreatingrelativediseases,helporthopaedistsevaluate pathogeneticconditionandchoosetherapeuticregimen,andfinallyimproveelbow functionrecoveryandpreventrecurrenceof elbowdysfunction.Methods：Weretrospectivelyanalyzed80patientsofpost-traumaticelbowd
