摘要近十年来，超声诊断逐渐成为临床诊断上不可缺少的手段，而便携式超声诊 断仪的出现，使得超声诊断的应用范围更加广泛，如可为偏远农村地区、灾难现 场、医院病房、生活辅助设施乃至救护车提供医疗护理服务。便携性超声诊断仪 的创新发展使专业人员能将高级医护服务直接提供给患者，而毋需他们前往医院 进行诊断接受治疗。我们研发的一款笔记本式全数字超声诊断仪，它采用的美国 TI 公司设计的 DM3730 处理器，具有体积小，重量轻，高性能，续航时间长，容易操作，可靠 性高等特点，适合于大医院床边检查、外出会诊、野外作业等场合的超声诊断。本文主要介绍基于 DM3730 的超声软件系统的系统架构，详细分析软件系统 所采用的嵌入式技术原理，主要包括 x-loader 和 u-boot 的移植、嵌入 Linux 内核 的裁剪和移植、文件系统的制作，以及其它功能模块的设计与实现过程。关键词：DM3730；嵌入式；超声软件系统AbstractIn the last ten years, ultrasonic diagnosis gradually become indispensable in clinical diagnosis of means, and portable ultrasound diagnostic instrument appearance, make the application scope of ultrasonic diagnosis more widely, such as for remote and rural areas, the disaster scene, hospital ward, life auxiliary facilities and even the ambulance providing medical care services.
