AnylysisofPinustabulaeformisRedLeavesDiseaseCauses inQing-ShuiRiverCountyAbstractCausesofPinustabulaeformisredleavesdiseaseanddevelopeffectiveprevention andcontrolmeasures,nutrients,microorganismsandprotectiveenzymeactivityofThe leavesandrhizospheresoiloftheredleavesdiseasePinustabulaeformisinQing-Shui Rivercountywerestudied.Themainresults wereasfollows:Determinationresults ofnutrientscontentandCalcium showedthatthe rhizospheresoilfertilityofPinustabulaeformisinQing-Shui Rivercountywaslow.There wasn’tsignificantdifference(P0.05)ofsoilnutrientelements,pHandCalciumcontentin theredleavesdiseasePinustabulaeformiscomparedwiththecontrol.Itshowedthatthe causes oftheredleavesdiseasePinustabulaeformisweren’tthesoilnutrientelementsand Calciumcontent.Thestudyoffungiandvirusesshowedthatfunguswasn’tcauses oftheredleaves disease.ThevirusesfoundwerealsoexistedindiseaseandcontrolPinustabulaeformis. The results showedthatfungiandviruses werenotthecauses ofthe redleaves disease.ActivitiesofSOD,PODandCAT,MDAcontentandtherelativeconductivityof thediseasePinustabulaeformiswereincreasedsignificantlythanthecontrol.Thesedatas showedthatthediseasePinustabulaeformisresistedagainstthediseasebychangingthe protectiveenzymesystemandtheplasmamembraneperoxidation.Eightisolateswereobtainedafeterseparation,purificationandcultureofthe bacteriumfromthediseaseleavesPinustabulaeformis.16SrDNAsequenceswere amplificatedbyPCRusingthetotalDNAofthestrainsasthetemplates.AftertheNCBI sequencecomparisonandthecolonycharacteristicsandshapeofthebacterium,eight strainswereidentified.TheseeightstrainswereAerococcusviridans,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,Serratia,Bacillussubtilis,Acetobacter,Serratiaproteamaculans, Acinetobacter,Bacilluscereusseparately.Accesstorelevantpathogenicityliteraturethere weren’treportsaboutthesestrainswhichcouldcausedrelateddiseases.Allofthemwere notpathogenicbacteriumforthe redleaves diseaseinQing-ShuiRivercounty.MeteorologicaldatasshowedthatrainfallwashighandPinustabulaeformisrapid growedinth
