Why do you want to be a pilot? ?First of all, I love flying, I feel very proud of this job. As a pilot, I get the chance to travel around the world, and visit different places. That’s what I am always dreaming about. Secondly, I think it’s a very challenging and distinctive job. It provides special feeling and unusual environment. Finally, it’s a well paid job. What are you doing to be a good pilot? ?Firstly, I am a student pilot in CAFUC. I am working hard to finish my first year background knowledge study, after the ground simulator training, I would go to a branch of our flight school to take initial training (elementary/primary), following by recurrent training which have the intermediate and advanced aircraft types. After these, I will go back to my company to do the registration. Then I’ll come back to this flight school to take transition training. After finishing these tasks, I’ll go back to my company to be a pilot. What is your long-term plan to be a qualified captain? ?I need to prepare myself to be a qualified captain in the following aspects: firstly, I need to establish my cultivation plan. As a student pilot, my first goal is to fly every teaching planes successfully. As a copilot, I need to assist captain to finish each flying tasks safely. To be a qualified captain, I need to have the ability to control and fly every type of a/c. Secondly, I need to improve my management skills, a good captain is a good leader and manager as well. What’s more, a qualified captain need to always put the safety factor at the first place, I’ll keep my flying diary and check myself all the time, so as to make conclusion of my working process.
