1. Introduction
1.1 The financial industry is characterized by rapid change and innovative
products. In a changing technical and professional environment, persons
engaging in regulated activities should continuously update their knowledge
and skills through continuous professional training (“CPT”) in order to
maintain their professional competence to remain fit and proper.
1.2 The whole spirit of the CPT requirements, specifically the fitness and
