A formal order should contain: name and article number, quality and specifications, quantity, delivery, unit price and total amount, terms of payment, etc. Accuracy and clarity about all the requirements are essential in placing an order. Procedure Procedure negotiate accept and confirm an order sign the contract confirm the order confirm further orders Availability of goods The goods are out of stock at the moment. The goods you ordered are in short supply at present. Supply is exceeding demand. Demand has surpassed supply. Im sorry, our stock levels are low and were unalbe to meet your requirements. There is limited stocked. Our factory is fully committed to/ occupied with fulfilling existing orders. Placing or order What is your minimum order for this item? How many items can we choose for one order? Were interested in these, so wed like to order 10,000 pieces first. Can we make a trial orfer/ initial order of 500 units for these items now? Placing or order Were satisfied with the quality of your products and are ready to place an order with you now. Wed like to order 1,000 pieces at $6 per piece, to be delivered on the 13th of March.
