PINGDINGSHAN UNIVERSITY 毕 业 论 文 题 目:外商直接投资与我国产业升级的关系问题研究 Thesis: Study on the Relationship between the Foreign Direct Investment and the Update of Our Industry  摘 要 在开放经济条件下，我国积极承接国际产业转移，外商直接投资迅速增长。在我国产业结构的调整和升级过程中，分析外商直接投资对我国产业结构调整的影响，有利于我国产业结构的升级，有利于产业技术创新结构的优化，也有利于我国技术密集型产业和高新技术产业的进一步发展。为此，必须制定切实有效的产业政策，引导外商直接投资的方向，在新的国际经济环境下，推动我国产业结构的优化和升级，促进国民经济的健康长远发展。 在经济全球化的今天，为促进我国经济的发展，我们利用外资应该迅速建立起现阶段自身没有能力发展的产业，推动东道国原产业的升级换代，提高东道国关联产业存量资本和新形成资本的质量，使相对比较劣势的产业向比较优势的产业转化，加速本国产业结构升级。本文对改革开放以来利用外资方面进行总结研究，得出的结论是：正确利用外资确实能有效的促进我国产业优化升级。 关键词：外商直接投资，产业结构，产业升级，对策 Abstract As China actively undertakes the transfer of international industry under the condition of opening economy, there is a rapid increase of foreign direct investment. During the process of adjusting and updating the industry structure in China, a good analysis on the effect of FDI for the adjustment of Chinese industry structure is good for updating our industry structure, good for innovation of industry technology and also good for the further development of our technology-intense industry and hi-tech industry. Therefore, we must make practicable and effective polices to lead the direction of FDI. Meanwhile, in the new international economy environment, we are to push the update of our industry structure and promote the long-lasting development of national economy in a healthy way. Under the environment of todays economic internationalism, to Promote our economy development; we must take advantage of the foreign investment to quickly build the industry, which we now have no ability to develop. By doing this, we can quicken the process of updating the traditional industry and improve the quality of the host country stock capital and new capital formation, thus achieving the transformation of the industry of relatively inferior quality to industry of the comparative advantage to speed up the updating of our industry structure. My paper just has a overall study on the use of the foreign inve
