The result showed that the optimized land use system is better than the land use system of the planning target, whether from the realization of the land constrained index, or from the carbon emission reduction and the realization of ecological value. Therefore, it is more reasonable and realistic to use the multiobjective linear programming model in the process of overall land using planning. The reduction of carbon emission and the improvement of ecological value in land use system are advocated by prioritizing ecological benefits and the green development concept.
