PAGE 摘要 随着科技的发展，深孔加工技术已在石油采掘等制造行业广泛使用起来。液压缸内孔的加工属于深孔加工。液压缸工作性能主要取决于柱塞和泵套的加工精度、表面质量及形状精度。深孔加工精度的提高可使制造业的诸多方面得以改善。本文讨论了在现有的加工条件下完成对液压缸套内孔的加工，即深孔加工，提出了车床改造的方案。简单介绍了深孔的发展概况、深孔加工系统的组成、深孔加工系统中的常用装置、深孔加工中的常见问题。至今，深孔加工机床甚少，普通车床不具有加工深孔的功能，因此，将普通车床C620-1改装为深孔加工机床，具有深远的意义。将普通车床改为深孔加工机床提高了零件的加工精度，且在不进行深孔的加工时，原有车床仍可使用，故有相对的经济效益。 关键词 深孔加工 车床改装 进给机构 钻削 Abstract With the development of science and technology, the deep hole processing technology has in petroleum mining and other manufacturing industries is widely used. Hydraulic cylinder hole machining belongs to the deep hole processing. Hydraulic cylinder performance depends mainly on the plunger pump sets of machining accuracy and precision and surface quality and shapes. The deep hole processing accuracy can make many aspects of manufacturing. This article discussed in the existing conditions of the processing of hydraulic cylinder hole processing, namely the deep hole processing, the reforming scheme proposed lathe. Simply introduces the development situation of the deep hole, the deep hole processing system, the deep hole processing system of common devices, the deep hole processing of common problems. So far, the deep hole processing machine, ordinary lathe dont have deep hole processing, therefore, the function will be ordinary lathe C620-1 adapted to the deep hole processing lathe, profound meaning. The ordinary lathe to the deep hole processing machine tools to improve the machining accuracy, and not in the deep hole processing, still can use original lathe, have relatively economic benefits.
