足球普体教学中学生自我效能感的培养 摘要 研究目的:通过实验对比研究在我校足球普体教学中学生自我效能感的培养, 运用理论与实证相结合的方法,论述了在教学中培养学生“自我效能感”对提高运动兴趣和成绩的重要性,提出培养学生“自我效能感”的合理化建议,丰富教师教学的方法和手段。研究方法:运用了实验对比法、文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和统计法等研究方法。结果:通过对足球课的实验对比教学发现,对实验组学生进行自我效能感的培养有助于大多数学生足球技术的提高。同时实验结果表明,自我效能感的高低影响学生的行为表现。结论:在高校足球普体教学中培养和激发学生自我效能感是一种行之有效的教学方法,培养和激发学生足球学习的自我效能感,可以明显有效地提高学生足球技能水平和足球教学效果。建议:在足球教学与训练中广泛应用并运用正确方法培养和激发学生自我效能感。 关键词: 燕山大学;足球教学;自我效能感;教学方法 Abstract Research goal: Through the question which in the process appears to the ordinary college physical education teaching of soccer in Yanshan University that the investigation and study of student self-efficacy feeling, proposed that the corresponding suggestion, how then to the teacher does raise students self-potency feeling in the later soccer teaching training process to carry on the research analysis. Research technique: Using experiment correlation method, literature research techniques and so on material law, questionnaire survey procedure, interview law and method of average. Finally: Through discovered to the soccer classs experiment contrast teaching that carries on the self-potency feeling to the experimental group students the raise to be helpful to the majority student soccer technology enhancement. Simultaneously the experimental result indicated that the self-potency feelings height affects students behavior performance. Conclusion: Raises and stimulates the student self-potency feeling in the ordinary college physical education teaching of soccer is one effective teaching method, raises and stimulates the student soccer study the self-efficacy feeling, may raise the student soccer skill level and the soccer teaching effect effectively obviously. Suggested: Widely applies in the soccer teaching and the training and utilizes the correct method to carry on raises and stimulates the student self-potency feeling.
