中学生违纪处理中教师教育行为的研究 作者：严永兴 专业：教育管理 指导教师：童辉杰 摘 要 教师的教育行为，是教师在实际教育过程中，为实现教育目标或教育意图，所表现出来的一系列问题解决行为，是各种外显性的活动或动作，是教师教育方法、措施与手段的总和。面对中学生的违纪现象，教师的教育行为往往因人而异，各不相同，会对学生产生不同的影响。 大多文献是从学生心理健康教育或教师的日常教育教学规范等角度，来论述教师的教育行为及其对学生发展的影响，而在结合学生违纪处理的背景方面，尚无较完整的论述。在中学生违纪处理之中，教师的教育行为的现状如何？有何基本特点？针对学生违纪，教师该如何正确处理？对于教育一线的教师来讲，这是非常现实的问题。 本课题通过在相城区四所中学问卷调查的基础上，利用SPSS11.5软件分析研究师生问卷，对上述问题开展研究。主要研究结论包含三个方面： 1. 教师、学生教育行为中的教育观念、行为方式、师生交往、教育评价、教师素质及教育研究等六个分量表的显著性检验、相关分析、因子分析等，本课题得出了10个结论。 2. 教师教育行为的8个基本特点。 3. 规范教师教育行为的7个建议。 在受教育者层面，本文让学生在违纪时能得到教师比较规范的教育行为的处理；在教育者层面，本文为有关教育部门及中学在教师面对学生违纪时，采取适当的应对措施提供一些借鉴。本文对中学生违纪处理中教师的教育行为水平的提高，在教育学生、做好学校德育工作、稳定学校教育秩序等方面具有重要意义。 关键词：教育行为 违纪处理 A teacher’s conduct for education refers to a series of problem-solving behaviors in the actual educational process, aiming to realize their educational intent, and a variety of visial activities or movements, meanwhile, it also means the total combination of the teacher educa-tion methods, teaching measures and means. Facing the students’ act contrary to school discipline, different teachers differ from each other when conducting education which results in different influence. So far as I know, only in the angle of students’ healthy mental educa-tion or teacher’s daily teaching standard do most documents talk about this topic together with its effects on the development of the students, but relatively complete statement based on disciplinary handling has not been found yet. At present, when dealing with these who break the rules, what about the teacher’s behavior now? What are their basic characters? and do they conduct well? All these pro-blems facing the teachers at the teaching front are very practical ones. By studying questionnaires from four middle schools in Xiang Cheng District, and analyzing them with spssll.5 software, this research su-bject draws conclusions in three areas as follows: 1.
