摘 要 随着中国经济的发展和人民生活水平的逐步提高，必然对环境质量提出更高的要求。解决好污水污染问题，对污水进行处理后再进行排放，是生态环境保护以及为人们营造舒适生活环境的重要条件。本次设计主要用的是西门子公司生产的S7-200型号PLC，主要完成PLC控制磁滤器以及开关接通或关闭，当污水流经磁滤器时进行污水净化处理，同时PLC控制开关通断达到污水净化处理的目的，同时还要对排出后的“净水”进行水质检测和加投药处理，达到污水彻底净化的目的。通过PLC在污水处理控制系统中的应用，可以看出其在工程利用中的应用价值是十分重要的。 关键词：污水处理；PLC；控制系统 Abstract With the development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, higher requirement of environment quality is put forward unavoidably. To solve the problem of the sewage pollution and discharge the sewage after disposal is the important factor to ecological environment and the construct of comfortable surroundings for people. This design mainly uses S7-200 which is Siemens produces model PLC, mainly completes the PLC control magnetism filter as well as the switch connection or the closure, when dirt current of water after magnetism filter carries on sewage purification processing, simultaneously the PLC controlling switch make-and-break achieved sewage purification processing the goal, meanwhile must to discharge after “only the water” to carry on the water quality examination to give a dose of medicine processing with Canada, achieves the sewage thorough purification the goal. Through PLC in the sewage treatment control system application, may see it in the project use application value is extremely important.
