内蒙古财经大学双学位学士论文上市公司股利分配政策研究——以金枫酒业公司为例作者学院专业年级学号指导教师导师职称摘要当前，伴随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展，由于我国股票市场的不稳定，企业分配股利政策也涉及到上市公司的核心利益，对上市公司的发展至关重要，所以，基于上市公司股利分配策略的研究就显得很有必要性，本文从分析中国上市公司的股利分配政策，同时以金枫酒业公司为例展开论述，通过分析该公司的股利分配政策的发展问题，进一步了解股市变化对上市公司股利分配政策产生的影响。本文首先明确股利分配政策的理论内涵，进一步分析股利分配政策与上市公司关系；其次，以金枫酒业公司为例，分析上市公司的股利分配的现状及股利政策采取的依据，最后提出发展股利分配政策有效措施及其注意问题，从市场和公司两个主要方面进行分析讨论，经过探讨国内外环境，金枫酒业公司自身情况，加强监管等方面进行阐述，希望能够对于我国上市公司股利分配政策能够有更加深入的了解。关键词：股利分配；上市公司；政策研究；探讨AbstractCurrently, with the rapid development of Chinas socialist market economy, due to the instability of the stock market, companies are also involved in the distribution of dividend policy to the core interests of listed companies, is essential for the development of listed companies, so the dividend on listed companies research strategy becomes very necessity, this paper analyzes the Chinese listed company dividend policy, while Jinfeng Wines case to start discussion, analysis of development issues through the companys dividend distribution policy, a better understanding of changes in the stock market listing the company generated dividends influence policy.
