Integrity is the basic element and necessary moral belief of market economy, the principle of operation of market, trade and enterprises. Therefore, it should be the essence of the corporation to keep a foothold in the market, the significant part of key competitiveness, the basis of long-time development. However, the difficulty of beginning, frustration of development, imperfect system and unequipped policies make the private enterprises to have a serious problem of lack of intergrity. Owing to the increasingly importance of private economy in China, it is of pratical value to research and improve the integrity of private enterprises, and promote their healthy developmentThe thesis researches on the integrity of private enterprises from four aspects as follows:First, exploring integrity in traditional culture, the progressing of integrity belief of western thinkers, and having a analysis and comparison of it between China and West.
