According to the facts of the liberal secondary school students and English teaching, this paper combined with the English curriculum probes into how to realize the organic integration of traditional teaching means and modem teachings means, and apply multi-media technique to teaching exactly in the English classroom teaching of the liberal Secondary Schoo!. In terms of the Constructivism Learning Theory and following the guide idea of pay equal attention to learning and teaching, the paper adopts the methods such as informal experiments, observation and interview, questionnaire, to study the cut-in point’ principle and time of applying multi-media technique in English tefiching.
