Class education and management, as a whole, is the basic unit of education. Reconsideration of the traditional students management and reconstruction a new mode suiting the new curriculum is of great importance in thoroughly carrying out of the new curriculum and education reform. This thesis intends to put forward a new idea on how to build a new students management system focusing on a new relationship between the new curriculum and the mode of the students management as well as the reconstruction of a new strategy in students management. The practice of a new curriculum brings in great changes in the school education policy and the students management. On one hand, the management causes great effects on the practice of the new curriculum, on the other hand, curriculum reform also brings challenges and opportunities to advance students management in return. Therefore, it is a necessity as well as a must to focus on a new system in the rebuilding of students management and learning surroundings and it also offers an access to the further and steadily development of the new curriculum. The thesis sharply points out that the tradit
