集聚与重构——陕南乡村聚落结构形态转型研究汇总.pdf

摘 要 论文通过归纳陕南乡村聚落的结构形态，总结陕南乡村聚落现状问题，运用 集聚与重构的系统方法，从乡村聚落结构形态到乡村建筑空间布局进行系统研 究，特别是针对陕南乡村聚落转型中的结构形态变化予以剖析，揭示陕南乡村聚 落结构形态转型过程中出现的问题，以及问题的本质及规律。论文研究时立足规 划与建筑角度，同时考虑农村政策与乡村经济的变化对乡村聚落结构形态转型的 影响。 论文首先分析概括了陕南乡村聚落结构形态与发展演进规律，即水源与土地 等基本生存资源是聚落空间选址的前提，区域可达性与商品交换的便利性是影响 聚落空间分布形态的重要因素，因地制宜、顺应自然是营造聚落的指导思想。通 过总结乡村聚落结构形态现状问题同时对乡村建筑空间布局转型予以分析；然后 通过大量调研资料的整理研究，总结出陕南乡村聚落结构形态转型动因及转型特 征：顺应自然、资源制约、择优定位、功能复合、大同小异；在此基础之上，重 点研究陕南乡村聚落结构形态转型理论与规划策略。 基于对传统的理解和对现状问题的深刻剖析，论文以“离散”、“空废”、“无 序”和“失落”等问题为切入点，基于适应新的生产生活方式的前提下，提出“集 聚与重构”方法论，通过社会、经济、规划等各层面，寻求陕南乡村聚落良性转 型的方法。最后结合平利县纸坊沟村规划实例进行分析，希望对陕南乡村规划与 建筑实践提供一定的参考。 关键词：陕南乡村聚落、集聚、重构、结构形态、转型 i Abstract The paper summarized the present problems of rural settlements by analyzing its form and structure. Through systematic concentration and reconstruction method on the study from rural concentration to vernacular architecture, in particular analyzing spatial pattern and construction transformation during rural settlement transformation in southern Shaanxi, the problems arising from this process and their nature and rules were examined.
