基于PLC的自动售货机的设计 摘 要 随着科技的发展，PLC在工程中的应用大家都有目共睹，PLC在各个领域都已占有一席之地，并且将有更好的发展，我国人口数量庞大，自动售货机在人们的生活中扮演越来越重要的角色，从长远来看其具有广阔的发展空间，本论文设计的是基于西门子S7-200系列PLC构成的自动售货机系统，而且阐述了自动售货机的来源与发展以及其在国内外发展的现状，然后介绍了PLC的基本组成、自动售货机的结构以及自动售货机工作的基本原理以及工作流程，明白自动售货机的贩卖过程，以便为硬件的选择做准备，通过对自动售货机的功能分析做出硬件框图，再根据I/O分配表选择PLC的型号，把交易过程分为几个模块，然后分别对模块进行编程，更加清晰的说明了可编程序控制器PLC在自动售货机中的作用，利用PLC控制的自动售货机提高了系统的稳定性，保证自动售货机能够长期稳定运行,此次控制系统设计就是充分利用了PLC、MCGSE组态软件实现了对自动售货机的控制，达到了设计的目的,进行了对自动售货机的独立仿真，文中采用的是西门子PLC梯形图专用编译软件STEP7来进行编写，并且系统具有启动、停止功能，运用功能指令进行PLC控制程序设计，还进行了系统调试，仿真，实现自动售货机的控制要求。 关键词：自动售货机；可编程序控制器PLC；梯形图 The design of the automatic vending machine based on PLC Abstract This article introduced vending machines basic principle as well as the work flow .in today factories, programmable logic controllers have become the key building blocks of industrial automation, some basic knowledge of programmable logic controller is introduced in this paper. For example, this process divides into several blocks the transaction process and then carries on the programming separately to the block. Explained the programmable logic controllers in vending machine function specifically. The procedure involved the vending machine work major part process. Enhanced systems stability using the PLC controls vending machine, it can guarantee the vending machine able to keep the long-term stability movement.
