But at this time, by the end of 2009, the Greek debt crisis broke out.The outbreak of the debt crisis in Greece is a continuation and deepening of the international financial crisis. It is also fueling the consequences of the international rating agencies and international investment institutions. Another reason is the inevitable result of the structural imbalances of the Greek national economic and the institutional weaknesses of the euro zone .As the first game in the euro zone sovereign debt crisis , Greek debt crisis had a significant impact. The debt crisis makes a sharp increase in Greek domestic fiscal deficit, public debt and unemployment. According to statistics,the economic recession in Greek is nearly 20%. The outbreak of the crisis also makes the worlds economists and political scientists noted that the European Central duality contradiction between monetary policy and decentralized fiscal policy once again. In this article, not only the evolution course, causes, significant impacts of the Greek debt crisis，but also the countermeasures taken by the Greek government and the international community will be detailed introduced.
