Maintain strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters. Arrange appointments and meetings for HR Director, make record in diary. Maintain a filing and trace system. Type correspondence and documents and photocopy documents. Operate telephones. File and retrieve documents and information. Attend meetings to provide simultaneous translation. Translate written items. Maintain up to date data on the Start Register. Assist with control and manage payroll, leave applications all data concerning all associates Receive applicant, arrange them fill in application To be aware of current vacancies and to respond.to assist to screening of all applicants who complete application Assist with reference checks, and job offers Inform applicants result on time Familiar with and knowledgeable of the Labor Law Complete Labor contract correctly Track all interanl movements, transfer promotion Assist to complete social insurance and health insurance for all associates. Co-ordinate and maintain social insurance and health insurance as per the Labor law and regulations. Assist coordinating the screening of all applications who complete application forms for suitability of employment. Assist to ensure all associates are paid in line with their terms of employment. Administer all details related to Expatriate and National Expatriate requirement. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail (including express services). Purchase stock/inventory according to purchasing procedures and specifications. Handle and store stock according to stock control procedures. Be aware of duty of care, and adhere to occupational health and
