Eastern District Basketball Knock-out Competition 2013
Prospectus
(Programme No. ：Men’s Division – 4032 9206/ Women’s Division – 4032 9207)
Date : 15 2 1 July 2013 (Sundays)
Time : 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Venue : Siu Sai Wan Sports Centre
Age : Persons aged 12 or above are welcome to form teams to participate in the
competition. (Age as on the first day of the competition)
Division : 16 men’s teams and 16 women’s teams (Each team shall consist of a minimum of
Quota 5 and a maximum of 12 players)
Quota for Teams : 6 men’s teams and 6 women’s teams
on the Waiting
List
Fee : $60 per team (No half-fee concession)
Award : Prizes will be awarded to the Champion, 1st, 2nd and 3rd runners-up of the
Men’s Division and Women’s Division respectively. Each winning team will be
awarded a trophy, and each member of the winning teams will be awarded a
medal.
Enrolment : 1. Participating teams will be selected by drawing lots.
Method 2. All teams shall return the duly completed Enrolment Form together with the
signed “Declaration by Participant/Parent’s Consent Form” of their players
to the following Venues
