毕业设计说明书 题目名称：齿 轮 凸 轮 连杆 间 歇 机 构 成 列 柜 摘 要 在机器工作时，当主动件作连续运动时，经常需要从动件产生周期性的运动和停歇，实现这种运动的机构，称之为间歇运动机构。其中将连续运动转换为周期性间歇运动的机构，称为步进机构，灌装牛奶的灌装机上就有这种机构。常见的间歇机构有：棘轮机构，槽轮机构，不完整齿轮机构和凸轮式间歇运动机构等，它广泛应用于自动机床的进给机构，刀架的换位机构，精纺机的成形机构等。 间歇运动机构可分为单向运动和往复运动两类。 （1）单向运动间歇机构：这种机构广泛应用于生产中，如牛头刨床上工件的进给运动,转塔车床上 刀具的转位运动,装配线上的步进输送运动等。 （2）往复移动间歇运动机构：它利用导杆上的一段圆弧导路来实现移动杆带停歇的往复直线运动。 关键词：间歇机构，单向运动，往复运动 Abstract In machine work, when the driving member continuous movement, often need to follower produce periodic motion and stop, the movement mechanism, called intermittent motion mechanism.The continuous motion into periodic intermittent motion mechanism, called a mechanism for step, filling machine filling milk have the same mechanism.
