AbstractWuche ng county o f Dezhou is taken as the research areas in this st ud y, based on GIS RS and GPS to Layo ut of samp ling po ints, got ve getat ion, precip itat ion, evaporation infor mat ion dur ing two Fie ld sur ve ies in the stud y area in april and Nove mber 2011, measured soil e ight ions and gro undwater salinit y data in laboratory exper ime nts; La ndsat satellite data is c hosen as the remote sens ing dat a, and the n in s upport of EN VI, super vised class ificat ion a nd vis ua l interpretat ion extracted salinizat ion infor mat ion, tra ns fer matr ix ana lys is by GIS ; Us ing SPSS analyzed Soil sa linit y data, soil salinit y IDW interpo lat ion map and K riging interpolat io n map made by GIS, whic h research on its Spatia l var iat ion, co mpare the s imilar it ies and d ifferences between IDW and K riging, ana lys is o f soil sa linit y var iat ion law o f vert ica l and hor izo nta l leve l; Se lect salinit y, precip itat ion, evaporation a nd the huma nit ie s as influe ncing factors, ana lys is of t he ro le of t hese factors on the sa linizat io n.The results show that ：The result of sa linizat ion infor mat ion e xtract ion show t hat : t he severe saline land major p laces in t he nort hwest o f Luqua n Tun, Te ngzhua ng Tow n and Wuche ng tow n of t he nort hern re gion, mild sa line la nd were banded distr ib ut ion, where was in t he nort hern part of t he study area , south o f the o ld town located less.Ana lys is of dyna mic cha nges o f la nd use t ypes show that : The proport ion of saline la nd of the stud y area reduce from 2001 to 2009, which fro m 53.30% to 42.21%; Green la nd area increased fro m 272.9km2 to 388.8km2 dur ing 2001 to 2009. 2001 to 2007 the area of mild saline la nd trans for med into severe sa line land was 59.83km2 , which s howed the condit ion o f salinizat io n has improved .IDW interpolat io n map and K rig ing interpo lat ion map show t hat : Thespat ia l di
