AbstractIntheenvironmentoftelecommunicationsindustrymarket graduallymore openandcompetitionmorefiercely,thetraditionaltelecomoperatingstrategies hadchanged,andthetelecomsupportersdesperatelyneedstoimprovetheability ofworkflowmanagementprocess.Inordertoensurethetelecomtoascendthe openingofbusinessprovidesbetterprocessandworkflowmanagement.therefore, putforward theworkflowtechnologytosupport thetelecomsynthesisservice system.Andtelecomssynthesisserviceisacomplexbusinessoperationthatoften requirefrequentcomplex processconfiguration and control.thusputsforward synthesisservicesystemthroughthemethodofworkflowmanagementtoprovide efficientandhigh-speedoperationtoachieveprocessconfigurationand controlling,tosolvetheproblemsoffrequentchangesofcommunicationsinthe workflowsystemofoperation synthesisservice.Thispaperexpatiateonthepresentsituationandanalysisandresearchesof telecomsynthesisservicesystembythetelecomoperationandsupporting synthesissystem.Itusesbothoftheobject-orientedtechniqueandmetadata method,whichbasedontheentireNOVAandFLEXNOVAiterativeMVCpattern andAJAXtechniqueplatforms.TheAJAXtechniquecansolvethedata-paging problemsofdataasynchronoustransferprocessandcandesignand implement workflowsystemintelecommunicationssynthesisservice.IterativeMVCpattern realizedtheseparationofperformancelevelanddatalevel.Whilemetadata technologyoftheentireNOVAdevelopmentframeworkachievedtherequirements ofrapiddevelopment,andthemetadatamodelwellcompletedtheseparationof businesslogicanduserinterface.Italsosolvedthedependenciesbetweenthem, andrealizedthefastchangeallocationcapabilityofthebusinesslogic.Thispaperfirstintroducestheworkflowsystemofthetelecommunications synthesissystem.Thenanalyzingandstudyingtheworkflowsystemwhichbased ontheworkflowtechnologythatimplementsthefunctionalmodulesofthe telecommunicationssynthesissystem.ItusesthePrimetonBusinessProcess management(ProcessSystem,BPS)todesignworkflowaccordingtotheBusiness needs,thenrealizestheProcessmodelofflexiblecustomizateconfigurat
