学 号：  HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业论文 GRADUATE THESIS 设计题目：生产性服务业指标体系的构建及发展趋势的研究 学生姓名：专业班级：学 院：理学院 指导教师：2013年6月1日 摘 要 随着工业化、社会化、市场化、城市化进程的发展，生产性服务业异军突起，这不仅体现了国家的发展战略，而且体现了现代服务业的核心内容，也是贯彻科学发展观、转变经济发展方式、提升创新发展质量的必然选择和重要途径。本文创造性地构建了一套具有通用性的生产性服务业功能区综合评价指标体系，并用模糊综合评价的方法将指标量化，建立一套以生产性服务业务为基础的评价模型。主要研究成果有如下几点：首先，本文结从地区生产性服务业发展规模、发展动力、发展基础、发展环境、发展潜力等5个方面，建立了一套科学的生产性服务业综合评价体系。第二，结合生产性服务业功能区的自身特点，提出了生产性服务业AHP模糊综合评价模型，并详细论述了具体步骤。本文结合河北省实际情况，利用上述评价指标体系和评价模型进行了分析，验证了评价模型的可行性和科学性。第三，通过对评价结果的分析，为加快发展生产性服务业提出合理建议。 关键词 生产性服务业指标体系层次分析法模糊综合评价 Abstract With the development of industrialization, socialization, marketization, the process of the city, the productive service industry a new force suddenly rises., which not only reflects the development strategy of the country, but also the core content of the modern service industry, is also the inevitable choice to implement the scientific outlook on development, change the mode of economic development, improve the quality of innovation development and an important way.
