Abstract: W ith t he security problem s for EM R electronic medical reco rd) in tr ansmission in mind, a solving model is pro
posed in this paper, in w hich , w e utilize the curr ent convent ional security technolog ies to assure the transmission security
for EM R. Performance analysis exhibits that the model can eff ectively cope w ith the security pr oblem s about conf identiali
ty and integrity for EM R in transmission.
