AbstractThefollowingproblemsintheprocessofcervicalcancerpathologyinvestigationmicroscopefieldofviewisrelativelysmall,onlydisplayapartoftheinformationof cervicalcellbiopsyinsinglevision;(2)partofthecervicalnucleusedgeisweakinthemicroscopicimages;(3) cervicalcellscannotbecompletelyclear andfocusedandfully expressedinformationofcellsintheoneimage.Inthispaper,dosomeresearchintheproblemsintheprocessofcervicalcancerpathologyinvestigationandusedifferentofimageprocessingalgorithmstosolvetheseproblems.Full expressingthecompleteinformation ofcellsintheoneimageisthefirstknowtheconditionsofcellimagerecognitionin thescreening of liquid-basedcervicalcells(especiallysuspectedvariantormutantcells).Afusionalgorithmofmulti-focusimagesequenceofcervicalcellisrepresentedinthispaper.Useimagefusiontechnologytopreservetheoriginalinformationandintegratetheclearestareaintotheoneimage.Experimental resultscanbeseenthatthefusionimageissmooth,visualeffect,effectivelypreservetheoriginalinformation,andnoobviousblockeffect anddistortionMicroscope field ofviewisrelativelysmall,onlydisplayapartoftheinformationinthecervicalcellbiopsyinsinglevision,cannotdisplaythecompleteandfull cellsliceinformation.Theharriscornerandinter-relatedcriteria-basedimageregistrationmethodisintroducedinliquid-basedcervicalcellimage registration.First,usetheharriscornerandinter-relatedcriteriatofinishimageregistrationroughly.Second,usetheinformationofimageedgetofinishimageregistrationaccurately.Experimentalresultscanbeseenthatabetterresultcan beobtainedbythis method.Aproblemthat cannotaccuratelydetecttheweakedgeofliquid-basedcervicalnucleusinthescreeningofcells.Experimentalresultscanbeseenthattheliquid-basedcervical nucleusedgeisbasicallythesameaswhatthehumaneyesee.Inthispaper,dosomeappliedresearchinimagefusionandcontourdetectiontosolvesomeproblemsinthescreeningofliquid-basedcervicalcellsandachievethedesiredpurpose.Keywords: cervical cell image, image registration, weak contour, level set,multi-focus,imagefusion目录摘要........
