Chaos circuit research mainly includes chaos circuit theory research and applied research. Between that, the chaos circuit simulation plays a vital role. The initial value sensitivity makes the design of circuits for the initial value of higher requirements, so chaotic circuit’s simulation is more difficult. The definition of chaos circuit、the basic concept、the basic characteristic and research status, then for a few kind of chaotic circuits(Chua’s circuits, chuas dual chaos circuit, with a negative capacitance of the first three autonomous chuas chaos circuit, the first three non-autonomous chaotic circuit ferromagnetic materials), firstly the dynamic characteristics of system are analyzed and discussed through the circuit diagram, and the corresponding mathematical equations are established, then we use the software MATLAB simulation research to draw the system of the wave form figure, chaotic attractor, phase plan programs, to study various circuit different chaotic phenomenon. Finally, the simulation results show that the conclusion is correct. In this paper, the design and implementation of the comprehensive experimental simulation for chaos circuit experiment and nonlinear circuits learning has certain practical value. The thesis has certain theoretical meaning and application prospect.
