毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目 吴桥华艺杂技演出有限公司 激励制度研究 姓 名 学 号 4 专 业 工商管理 指导教师 2012 年 5 月 18 日  摘 要 现代社会，人力资源是企业的战略性资源，也是制约企业发展的至关重要的因素，激励作为管理人力资源的一个重要方法，已被越来越多的企业所采用。所以激励制度的建立又是人力资源管理的又一项重要课题。只有将激励制度发挥好，才能使企业的现有人力资源发挥出巨大的力量来促进企业的发展。 而本文就激励的有关内容做了简单介绍， 阐述了激励制度的重要性和必要性，又以吴桥华艺杂技演出有限公司做为具体案例，结合运用问卷调查的方法展示说明公司现行激励制度存在的问题，分析产生这些问题的原因，并结合激励制度理论和实际情况提出可行性的优化对策。主要是通过查询书籍、杂志、期刊、网上浏览、去企业实习等方法来收集资料，并运用人力资源管理、企业管理学等相关知识来撰写本论文。 关键词：激励制度 激励 员工 对策 企业 Abstract In modern society, the human resource is the strategic resource of enterprise, is also the essential factors of restricting the development of enterprises, as the management of human resources is an important method, has been adopted by more and more enterprises. So the establishment of incentive mechanism of human resources management is another important task. Only an incentive mechanism to play, can make the enterprise s human resources play a great power to promote the development of enterprises. This article is about the stimulation of content has made the simple introduction, elaborates the importance and necessity of incentive mechanism, and to the Wuqiao Huayi acrobatic show limited company as the case, combined by means of questionnaire survey show current incentive problems, analyzes the root cause of these problems, and combining the theory of incentive mechanism and the actual situation proposed the feasible optimization countermeasures. Mainly through books, magazines, journals, query web browsing, to enterprise practice for data collection, management and use of, human resources management, enterprise management and other related knowledge to write this thesis.
