If five fingers unite into a fist, then power will distribute into each finger no matter it is beautiful or ugly. Nowadays, the concept of teambuilding gets more and more people?s favor. Team-building is always enterprise?s first strategic choice, since enterprises can promote the healthy and sound work of enterprises if they rely on a team. In todays competitive market, the enterprise must have a good team to make living and further development. The team is based on common interests, which is set up by the staff being full of the spirit of unity and having complementary skills, aiming to maximize the interests of enterprises. The team occupies the important position in a enterprise of sustainable development. In order to get a better sense of team building, this paper introduces the definition of team building at first; then illustrates value of team building and what elements are including during building a team. Based on the analysis of the importance of team-building in a enterprise, this paper points out how to build an effective and value-added team.
